The broker portal is an online platform designed to streamline your processes, providing easy access to KFIs, client information and application updates in one convenient location.

This portal is available to advisers who are registered to access Royal London Equity Release products. If you are not yet registered with our business, please register first at Royal London Equity Release | Adviser Register. If you are already registered with our business, you can register for our portal at portal.royallondonequityrelease.com/register.

You can log in using your registered email/username and password. If you haven’t yet registered for our new portal and you are a first-time user, follow the registration link on this page to set up your credentials.

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. You’ll receive an email with further steps.

The Broker Portal is optimized for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. We recommend saving the Broker Portal login page to your browser, for your convenience.

Yes, you can track the progress of your applications under the “My Applications” section, where you’ll see updates on the status of a case.

You can upload documents by selecting the relevant application and clicking the “Upload Documents” button. Supported file formats include PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
